I was so excited to capture Guirline + Jacob‘s Engagement Photos at Sayen House Gardens in Hamilton Square, New Jersey. I’d never been to this location prior but I saw too many beautiful that made me want to capture love in these gardens. This lovely couple had already did engagement photos they were gifted from family. Still, I gave them the option to do a second look with me since I was capturing their wedding.

I love engaging with my couple as much as I can before their wedding day. It allows me to get to know them and offer the best service based on the vibe we build together. I enjoy being comfortable and feeling like a part of the wedding versus the awkward photographer that has to follow you all day lol.

I already knew that we would hit it off at the session based on my consultation with Guirline before they booked me. She found me through a client that she was in a book club with. They were reading one of my favorite pastor’s books Relationship Goals by Mike Todd. When she told me that, I already said I have to book her in my head lol. Our hour convo assured me that this was my ideal client. I was ecstatic when I received that email that she wanted to book KB Visualz Studios.

Guirline and Jacob had such natural chemistry which made their engagement photos at Sayen House Gardens go so well. It was love at its finest , natural, happy and free. I didn’t have to do much posing, they fell naturally into one another. They also came ready with the props! She brought some beautiful decor that she already had at home with a mix of ‘I’m boutta get married’ props lol. We had a ball. Jacob wasn’t too keen on the second engagement session but I know he had fun lol.
