If you’ve ever wondered why your wedding photos take a few weeks, I totally understand. But I promise, it’s not because I’m ignoring your gallery or just relaxing somewhere. I’m busy in full-on editing mode to make sure your photos look their very best! Let’s break it down.
At a typical wedding, I usually snap between 4,000 to 5,000 photos. Aiming to covering every moment, every detail, and all those special little in-between things. My goal is to capture it all so you can look back and enjoy those memories for years to come.
Then comes the fun part; sorting through all the photos to pick out the best ones. The ones where your eyes are open, the lighting is just perfect, and the moment really captures the vibe. No duplicates or no accidental blinks.
Next up, I hop into Lightroom with your photos. That’s where I fine-tune the lighting, colors, and tones to make sure everything looks just right. My goal is to create a gallery that feels thoughtful and intentional. If one photo has a warm, golden glow and the next looks cool and flat, it can really disrupt the mood. So, I carefully work to ensure your photos flow seamlessly, capturing the true feel of your day from beginning to end. This part takes the most time. It’s not because I’m slow, but because I truly care. I want your photos to reflect who you are and the moment.
Most galleries take about 4–6 weeks. That gives me enough time to go through thousands of images, select the strongest and edit them.
If you are awaiting the gallery, please rest assured that I am diligently working on it. Working with care, intention, and a great deal of dedication. When you finally get that gallery link, I want you to feel everything. And honestly it’s definitely worth the wait.
