One question we get a lot is, “What do you do during the off-season?” Most people think wedding photographers only work during the spring and summer. While those months are definitely our busiest, weddings aren’t as seasonal as they used to be.

Before COVID, peak wedding season was usually April through October. Now, couples are getting married all year long. A big reason for that is venues often offer discounts during the slower months, making off-season weddings more affordable. Because of that, winter and early spring weddings have become much more common, and we’re here for all of it.

Weddings are still my specialty and the heart of what I do. I photograph weddings year-round, and I also travel for destination weddings. Whether it’s a local celebration or a beach ceremony somewhere warm, I am always excited to document those moments.

Outside of weddings, I stay busy by photographing all kinds of events. KB Visualz offers professional headshots, branding sessions, corporate events, birthday parties, and other special occasions. While we don’t advertise those services as much as our weddings, they’re a big part of what we do throughout the year.

You’ve probably seen some of those sessions mixed in with our wedding work on my Kbvisualz.co instagram page. We love working with business owners who need updated branding photos, professionals looking for new headshots, and families celebrating life’s milestones.

This season of life also looks a little different for me. With a new baby in the family, I’ve had to make a few adjustments to my schedule. One of the biggest blessings has been having such a strong team. While I make adjustments, the team is ready to step in. That allows us to continue serving our clients without sacrificing the quality and experience KB Visualz is known for.
