Princeton University Engagement Session

I loved getting to shoot Tahira and Jonathan for their engagement session. They’re high school sweethearts, and you can really feel the love between them. They’ve built a life and a beautiful family together, and now they’re getting ready for their wedding day.

Tahira actually found me through Medina, who I know from Enhance Church. Fortunately, Medina had nothing but good things to say (love a solid referral), and that’s how we got connected.

We started the shoot at Princeton University, which is one of my favorite places to shoot. I even did my own engagement photos there. It’s such a classic spot. The buildings, the vibe… it never misses. The session was in December, so it was cold. Like, really cold. Because of that, I wanted to make sure we got enough good photos where everyone felt comfortable, so we ended up finishing the shoot at my studio.

Bonus Christmas Mini Session

That ended up being a great move. Luckily, I was doing Christmas minis at the time, so they were able to grab a few holiday shots too. Cozy, cute, and perfect timing.

They were such a fun couple to work with. You can tell they’ve been through a lot together and still make each other smile. I’m really excited for their wedding—can’t wait to see it all come together.

Tahira and Jonathan, thank you for trusting me to capture this season. You made it look easy. Even in the cold, the love between you two shows in every frame. Can’t wait for the wedding!
